This draft Privacy Policy explains how Lumenode may process information when a person creates an account, requests a report, or contacts the team.
Information we may collect
- Account information such as email address and authentication records
- Contract addresses, network selection, scan requests, reports, and report timestamps
- Security and audit information such as a hashed network address and event time
- Messages submitted through support, legal, or security channels
- Provider results and evidence metadata needed to display a report
Lumenode is designed not to request, collect, or store private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or transaction signing permissions.
How we use information

- Run requested provider lookups and display their source status
- Protect the service against abuse, fraud, and security incidents
- Maintain audit records and improve reliability

Service providers
When a user requests a scan, Lumenode may send the relevant public contract address and token identifier to configured infrastructure and data providers, such as Robinhood Chain RPC, GoPlus, DEX Screener, LunarCrush, or X, when those integrations are enabled. Each provider has its own policies and access conditions.
Retention and rights
Information is retained only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, account administration, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Retention periods, deletion workflows, and the operating legal entity must be confirmed before public launch.
Privacy requests may be submitted through the Contact page. We may verify identity before responding and may retain a record of the request.
International users
Privacy rights differ by location. Nothing on this page is a representation that Lumenode currently meets every requirement in every jurisdiction. The operator should obtain jurisdiction specific advice before offering the service internationally.
