These draft Terms govern access to the Lumenode research platform. The final legal entity, governing law, venue, billing terms, and service availability must be confirmed before public launch.
Service description
Lumenode provides read only research tools that organize public chain data and third party provider responses. Lumenode does not execute transactions, control wallets, custody assets, provide a trading venue, or guarantee the behavior of any token, contract, wallet, provider, or market.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful research and analysis
- Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or sensitive personal information
- Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, or security protections
- Do not use the service to harass, defame, impersonate, or target individuals
- Do not treat provider labels or automated observations as proof of criminal conduct
- Do not overload providers or use automated access outside approved limits
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for reviewing reports before relying on them. Lumenode may restrict access when necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
Intellectual property
The Lumenode name, design, software, documentation, and original report presentation belong to the operator or its licensors. Provider data remains subject to the applicable provider terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided for research purposes and may contain errors, gaps, delays, or unavailable sources. To the maximum extent permitted by law, users assume responsibility for decisions made using the service. The final agreement should be reviewed by qualified counsel.
